2. Analysis of the customer requests and preparation of the commercial offer
Our specialists analyze the requests and the documents received from the customers regarding the technical, construction and technological viewpoints, the materials used, the costs, the delivery terms and offer solutions. Further to this analysis, a commercial offer is prepared which includes details to how the customer requirements are met.
3. Commercial offer negotiation
We are flexible in harmonizing the offer with the customer request, in finding efficient methods to fulfill its requirements and to conclude an agreement indicating the collaboration parameters.
4. Receipt, processing and delivery to production of the customer orders
Our customer orders are processed by technologists that prepare the manufacturing documentation and schedule its delivery to production. We pay particular attention to complying with the set delivery terms and to quality in accordance with the technical documentation.
5. Delivery
The products are checked by our quality-responsible staff that issue measurement sheets and quality certificates. Products are packed, kept and delivered according to the European standards and ensure that quality is maintained from delivery to destination.
6. Warranty
Where applicable, we ensure the warranty according to the European standards. It’s more, based on a contract, we can ensure extended warranty if the customer desires it – with technical assistance and free of charge service in the warranty period – as well as post warranty – according to the contract specifications.
