The story begins in January 1996 when the company concluded the first contract for the design and manufacturing of bend-manufacturing equipment, necessary for the air conditioning distribution system.
The equipment was presented for the first time on the American market by our partner CTM Cleveland.
1996 SCULE ARAD opens the first manufacturing shop in Vladimirescu – Arad; during this period, the first pilot project is developed; it is about the manufacture of moulding rings and knives for the bend-manufacturing equipment on the USA market.
1997 First semi-automatic bend-manufacturing equipment designed on the drawing board
1998 First set of 3 completely automatic bend-manufacturing equipment
1999 The product range is diversified and the production area enlarged. Conversion of the old drawings by integrating the AutoCAD 2D platform
2000 Development of the services and equipment portfolio by collaborating with ASTRA Vagoane Marfa – components and sub-assemblies for bogies
2001 We become suppliers of services and equipment for BOS Automotive.
2002 Production diversification by manufacturing ceramic material or wax injection presses for the investment castings production
Integration of the CAD SolidWorks platform
2003 First certification in the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000)
2004 Purchase of the computer-assisted heat treatment automatic line
2005 Certification in the Integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment Management System (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001)
2006 Purchase of the first Working Center
2007 Integration of the CAD-CAM SolidWorks- SolidCam platform
2008 Extension on the European market with the “SUN TUNNEL” production line; VELUX customer for its new plant in Slovakia
ISO/TS 16928-2002 certification in the AUTOMOTIVE field
2009 Renewal of Certifications in the Integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment Management System (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001)
2010 We developed an extension and upgrading program of the equipment by investing in new equipment with numerical control, among which there is high quality measuring machine in 3D.
