Starting with 2000, we have extended our activity to the “automotive” field when we began the collaboration with BOS AUTOMOTIVE.
Since 2003 we became official subcontractor of:
- BOS AUTOMOTIVE Romania
- Since 2008 of COMAU Romania,
- Since 2009 al CONTINENTAL Romania.
- Since February 2010, we began the collaboration with WEBASTO Romania.
From the very beginning, our company aimed to provide the customers with high quality products and services on time, rapidly, flexibly and availably; we developed the “just in time” technique and the “kanban” system in our relationship with BOS.
The vitality of the company, always paying attention to the customer needs, required investments in modern technologies, meaning either the purchase of high quality machines or designing and manufacturing within the company of high quality equipment, especially adapted for this field. The personnel received proper training in order to ensure the product quality.
Consequently we have been recognized in this field, which is proved by our customer’s fidelity and by the increase in the volume of orders and their diversification.
The Quality Assurance Department is made of personnel periodically trained and provided with measuring and control equipment guaranteeing a good quality level in each production phase.
Our main goal is to have an excellent collaboration with each particular customer and to supply the products according to the required specifications, with 0% scrap and on the delivery terms mutually agreed upon.
