As a business partner of CLEVELAND TOOL & MACHINE, we produce and export all the mechanical components for tubes and bends manufacturing machines, made of zinc-plated sheet, necessary for the air conditioning distribution systems, according to the USA standards.
Advantages of this machine type, developed within the company:
- very short cycles for part manufacturing
- integrated lubricating system
- rapid change of tool set when changing from one size to another
- very good quality of cutting and moulding due to the usage of tools made of high quality, heat treated steels
- very easy and fast adjustments, and very simple maintenance
The first category of machines,  produces:
 Cylindrical bends size between 3” (80 mm) and 19” (482 mm) that can ensure, by rotation, contact angles between 0° and 90°.
 Cylindrical reduction pieces, available in two sizes (other sizes can be made upon request). They are fitted with a complete set of tools that may do any combinations of reduction pieces between 3" and 6".
 Angular bends at 45° with the possibility to adjust the contact angle between 0° - 45°.
The second category is represented by the manufacturing machines of high quality cylindrical tubes
- The machines are automatically fed by a zinc-plated sheet spool unit with thicknesses between 0.010" (0.25 mm) and 0.028" (0.70 mm).
- They are fitted with tools that may be used to manufacture tubes with diameters between 3" (80 mm) and 24" (609 mm) at various lengths, adapted to the customer requirements.
- Tools are changed in less than 30 minutes.
- Both stainless steel and aluminum can be used
   
Starting with 2008, we extended the customers list in Europe - example: VELUX – for which we developed a manufacturing line necessary for the plant located in Slovakia; one year before, we had produced one for VELUX USA.
The line produces aluminum tubes and connecting pieces necessary for the “SUN TUNNEL” product: Velux System.
We have also produced a line of this range for ODL SUA in 2009:
