Starting with 2002, we have diversified our activity by a strategic partnership with CLEVELAND TOOL & MACHINE, manufacturing the mechanical components necessary for the investment castings and ceramic cores injection presses.
We thus make the welded structures, work tables, oil reservoirs, and injection systems, both for the wax and for the ceramic materials. The presses have various advantages among which the quality of the used materials and the injection system in line.
The injection presses model CTM-WI and CTM-WI-CF are used to produce very high quality wax models. The CTM-WI model has a 4-column base, and the CTM-WI-CF model has a C-frame type base. They are both produced in versions from 15 ton force to 100 ton force with work surfaces from 14” (345 mm) to 40” (1016 mm).

The injection presses model CTM-CI and CTM-CI-CF are used to produce ceramic material cores used for the precision casting of parts with complex shapes. The CTM-CI model has a 4-column welded base, and the CTM-CI-CF model has a C-frame type base. They are both produced in versions from 15 ton force to 100 ton force with work surfaces from 14” (345 mm) to 40” (1016 mm).
